Bookkeeping Domain ("we", "us") provides remote monthly bookkeeping services. This policy explains what we collect when you ask us for a books review, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@bookkeepingdomain.com.
What we collect
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give it
- Your answers on our lead form, such as how far behind your books are
We receive this when you submit the form on this website, submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or email us.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about a books review and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not use them for anything else.
Text messages (SMS)
- If you give us your mobile number, we may text you. We only text about your books review or the service we provide you.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Service providers we use
We share your details only with the providers we need to run the business, and only so they can provide their service to us:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit one of our lead forms there
- Our email provider, to receive and send messages
- Our website hosting provider, which processes and stores form submissions
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your details within 24 months of your last contact with us. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records.
Deleting your information
Email hello@bookkeepingdomain.com and ask us to delete your information. We will delete it and confirm by email, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
